Payment Policy
Camp will fill on a first come first serve basis. Early registrations
are strongly encouraged! Without advanced reservation and payment,
participation CANNOT be guaranteed.
Day Camp and Junior Camp:
Payment in full must accompany registration form and must be
received at least three full weeks prior to opening day of camp.
For Day Camp, $100 of this will be considered a nonrefundable deposit.
Elite Camp Only:
Numbers are limited to first 110! Commuters will not receive breakfast.
Prior to June 16, 2009, you may pay a $200 nonrefundable deposit
to secure your place in camp. The balance is due at check-in ($265
for overnight, $195 for commuter). If your application is postmarked
after June 16, 2009, full payment is required.

Refund Policy
A request for refund must be submitted in writing prior to August
1, 2009. The nonrefundable deposit ($100 for the Day Camp, $200
for the Elite Camp) will be deducted for administrative expenses.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL CAMP HAS ENDED.

Acceptance & Behavior Policy
Day Camp and Junior Camp:
The Blue Hen Field Hockey Camp, its director and/or staff reserves
the right to dismiss anyone from camp who has acted inappropriately.
A camper whose behavior has been deemed inappropriate and/or does
not abide by camp rules, will be required to depart camp as soon
as parents have been notified and transportation is secured. Campers
are not allowed to depart from the fields, field house arena and/or
pool with out permission from director or staff.
Elite Camp:
The Blue Hen Elite Field Hockey Camp, its director and the director's
assistant, reserves the right to reject any application .
The Blue Hen Elite Camp, its director and the directors assistant,
also reserves the right to dismiss anyone from camp who has acted
inappropriately during the camp. A camper whose behavior has been
deemed inappropriate and/or does not abide by camp rules, will be
required to depart camp as soon as parents have been informed and
transportation is secured. Any travel expenses incurred are the
responsibility of the camper and/or her parents.
